Some people in linux audio pretend that there should be competition.

This is very unfortunate fact, I agree. If Stephane wants more
cooperation to happen, this is probably the first thing he should do. Or
maybe someone will finish the submodule adoption in jack2 (there is a
git branch for the headers) and Stephane will just accept it.
